We’re expanding our team and are looking for a **full-time Marketing Associate **responsible for planning and implementing marketing and advertising activities. The Associate should understand the extensive details of marketing and is familiar with ways to engage with the target audience, and analyze market research and customers' behavior.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the planning, strategy, and execution of all multi-channel marketing initiatives
- Create brand awareness & engagement through various social media platforms
- Design and post-marketing creatives (photography skills a bonus)
- Write and edit copy for all multi-channel marketing campaigns, and initiatives
- Manage and track social media accounts
- Collect and analyze market research data to identify new opportunities
- Drive consistent, relevant traffic and leads from our social network presence and explore new ways to reach and engage our target market
- Monitor KPIs and leverage insights to recommend performance improvement strategies and plans
- Keep current on emerging trends/ developments and grow knowledge of the business, related tools, and techniques

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration or related field
- 2-3 years experience in marketing, advertising, and brand management
- Experience in content development
- Proficient in graphic design and basic video creation: Adobe Photoshop, Adobe

Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Premier, Canva etc.
- Strong sense of design and typography
- Stellar written and oral communication skills (good in content writing for social media, blogs etc.)
- Proficient in analytics and market testing
- Results and metrics focused
- Willingness to try innovative marketing strategies
- Excellent time management, able to balance many projects at once

**Salary**: $35,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
