**Go-Go Preschool is hiring a FULL-TIME Early Childhood Educator**:
Incorporated in 2006; Go-Go Group Inc. is proud to be a leader in the childcare and recreation industry for 15+ years. With a passion for quality and professional childcare, the Go-Go childcare programs are continuing to grow across the Province of New Brunswick. As demand for our programs continues to rise; our team continues to develop and expand as well. We are now looking for a strong leader to help cultivate and advance our preschool programs

We are looking to hire a full-time **Early Childhood Educator** that is passionate about early childhood education. As our Early Childhood Educator, you will deliver quality learning programs and activities for preschool-aged children. If you love focusing on children’s unique interests and helping them to learn and grow - this position will be a great opportunity for you. Our salary for a Early Childhood Educator ranges up to **$23.47**/hour, for 44 hours/week, depending on qualifications. We are offering a full-time position, with a choice of schedule ranges between 40-47.5 hours/week, as our Early Childhood Educator.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- You will act as an educator in ratio within our program, ensuring that you embody Go-Go’s corporate standards and deliver top-notch care by maintaining provincial standards which include:

- Providing safe, quality, and exceptional childcare programming to the children in our care.
- Ensuring all children experience every aspect of Go-Go’s preschool program focused on five main pillars: early reading and writing, hands-on experiments, problem-solving, physical literacy, and arts & culture.
- Planning, revising, and implementing age and developmentally appropriate activities.
- Creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere in our classroom for children and their families.
- Documenting and writing reports for learning stories, daily checklists, etc.
- Communicating effectively with children, parents, and co-workers.
- Maintaining confidentiality at all times.

**Qualifications/Requirements**:

- Early Childhood Education diploma is required.
- Experience working with children, taking part in, or having graduated from a college or university in relating to early childhood education would be considered wonderful assets.
- Workplace First Aid with CPR C and AED certification.
- Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Sector clearance.
- Social Development Check
