Qualifications and Skills That We're Looking for:

- 5+ years leading software or IT solution analysis, design, and implementation projects in an enterprise environment
- Have led a wide range of workshops ranging from user feedback sessions to technical design reviews
- Solid understanding of modern software concepts and patterns such as APIs, Microservices, 12-factor Apps, and Domain-Driven Design
- Appreciation for large enterprise, technology, and security governance processes and structures
- Experience working with GCP, Azure, or AWS
- Solid understanding of DevSecOps automation concepts and technologies
- Functional knowledge of popular Generative AI tools and concepts
- A love for lean/agile/scrum methodologies
- Strong communication skills including writing customer documentation, conducting executive level briefings, and creating technical communication artifacts
- Must be a resident of Canada and have been a resident for at least the last 5 years continuously
- Must be a Canadian Citizen, Permanent Resident, or have a valid and unrestricted Work Permit
