Basketball Referee

**Overview**

**Duties**
- Officiate games by enforcing rules and regulations consistently and fairly.
- Make quick decisions regarding fouls, penalties, and other game-related situations.
- Maintain control of the game environment, ensuring player safety and sportsmanship.
- Communicate effectively with players, coaches, and spectators regarding calls made during the game.
- Keep accurate records of game statistics as required.
- Attend pre-game meetings to discuss expectations and clarify any rules or regulations.
- Stay updated on rule changes and developments within the sport.

**Experience**
- Previous experience as a referee or official in basketball is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of the rules, strategies, and gameplay of basketball.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with players, coaches, and fans effectively.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and make impartial decisions.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Seasonal

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
