**YOUR NEXT CHALLENGE**:
Reporting to the Sustainability Performance and Engagement Manager, you will be part of the Sustainability and Regulatory Affairs Department on a permanent, full-time basis. You will ensure that the goals and objectives are achieved while promoting and respecting Agnico Eagle’s values, Health & Safety Code of Conduct and the environment.
- Identify, collect, process and analyze the Company’s environmental, social, and governance (ESG) data related to the Company’s public sustainability reporting and ensure storage of data is complete, accurate, and accessible;
- Manage the Company’s global ESG database and reporting tools;
- Liase with operation and corporate teams to ensure that data quality and reporting is maintained and enhanced;
- Provide ESG key performance indicators for external and internal reporting including: annual Sustainability Report, ESG Performance Workbook, Quarterly Board Package, website updates, ESG ratings;
- Coordinate submissions and revisions of ESG ratings agencies surveys and reports and investor requests including Sustainalytics, S&P Global Corporate Sustainability Assessment (CSA), CDP Climate, CDP Water, CDP Forests etc;
- Support the transition to mandatory ESG reporting and assurance (CSRD, IFRS), including the development and maintenance of controls;
- Support the Sustainability and Regulatory Affairs department with data management, reporting and other activities.

**WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED**
- Bachelor’s Degree in sustainability, environment, engineering, computer science, accounting or related field;
- 4 to 7 years of experience managing ESG projects in a similar role;
- Have understanding and practical experience with ESG KPIs;
- Familiarity with ESG reporting framework and ratings agencies is an asset;
- Experience managing and/or implementing a database and/or ESG software;
- Ability to build and manage relationships with key internal and external stakeholders;
- Working knowledge of French preferred, knowledge of Spanish, Finnish and/or Inuktitut would be an asset;
- Familiarity with the mining industry would be an asset;

**Your Work Schedule**:

- Schedule: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday. A combination of tele-working with presence at our office in Toronto, ON. Occasional visits to site may also be required.
