**Customer Care Specialist**Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, the Customer Care Specialist will**:

- Develop constructive and cooperative working relationships with the sales, production, logistics and installation departments of the company.
- Start and monitor the progress of the order from initial receipt to completed installation ensuring optimum timely results are achieved to meet the expected delivery date of the customer.
- Act as liaison, provide product/services information and resolve any emergency problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency.
- Put themselves in their customer’s shoes and advocate for them when necessary, keeping Vidir in the forefront of their decisions and will manage the installation schedule.
- The successful incumbent is accountable to provide service to our customers and ensure their experience with Vidir is optimal and a positive experience.
- They will build relationships with our customers by continuously listening and identifying solutions for improvements in our products and customer experience.
- They will support the model of safety and health; managing risks and hazards and lead by example.
