**Available Locations**: - West Coulee Station Elementary School - 1 Position - Hours: 8 hours per day/40 hours per week - Estimated start date of May 1, 2025_ West Coulee Station Elementary School is preparing to welcome a student population of approximately 400 to 450, covering grades Kindergarten through 5. In addition, Rotation Shifts with the Head Caretaker and caretaking staff must occur during the school year between September and June. Division requirements for rotation shifts are as follows: - Secondary Schools: Six (6) weeks equaling 240 hours per year - Elementary Schools: Four (4) weeks equaling 160 hours per year **_Please note that only those selected for further consideration will be contacted regarding an interview._** **Requirements**: **Mandatory Qualifications** - Grade 12 or equivalent - Valid ABSA 5th Class Power Engineering Certificate, equivalent - Effective and proven supervisory and leadership skills **Additional Qualifications, Knowledge, Abilities and Skills** - A proven and demonstrable record of leadership and supervisory ability in a facility management setting - Proven public relations skills and demonstrated ability in promoting and maintaining effective working relations with public, students, co-workers, school staff, administration, and division officials - Excellent communication skills both in written and oral formats - Demonstrated ability to keep records and fill out required division forms and paper work.
