**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Drywall Installation and Repair**: Measure, cut, install, and repair drywall, ensuring smooth, level surfaces.
- **Carpentry**: Perform basic carpentry tasks, including framing, trim work, and repairs, adhering to project specifications.
- **Flooring**: Install and repair various flooring types, such as hardwood, laminate, tile, or vinyl.
- **Power Tools Usage**: Operate and maintain various power tools, including drills, saws, sanders, and nail guns, adhering to safety guidelines.
- **General Maintenance**: Assist with demolition, cleanup, and preparation of job sites to ensure smooth workflow.
- **Quality Control**: Inspect completed work to ensure it meets project requirements and standards.
- **Safety Compliance**: Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in painting, drywall, carpentry, flooring, and mudding and taping.
- Proficient in the use of common hand tools and power tools.
- Basic knowledge of construction and renovation principles.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to produce high-quality work.
- Ability to follow blueprints, instructions, and project specifications.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing tasks.
- Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor and lift heavy objects.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. (Mandetory)

**Work Environment**:
The Skilled Labourer will primarily work on construction sites, requiring a mix of indoor and outdoor tasks. This position involves physical labor and may require bending, kneeling, and lifting throughout the day.

This role is ideal for a proactive individual looking to contribute their expertise to dynamic and varied projects within the construction and renovation industry.

Pay: $20.00-$30.00 per hour
