**Exciting Opportunity for a Personal Lines Insurance Advisor**

Location: 102 - 1750 152nd St., South Surrey, B.C.

**Job Summary**

Johnston Meier Insurance has a position available at their office in South Surrey, BC for a Licensed Personal Lines Insurance Advisor. If you have great communications and interpersonal skills, a General Insurance Level 2 License (or a Level 1 and are willing to learn) plus at least one year of insurance office experience, we'd like to hear from you.

**Responsibilities**
- Provide excellent customer service to our clients
- New quotes on all Personal Lines types of business
- Provide renewal terms and optional quotes
- Update evaluators when necessary
- Coverage for Auto Insurance when required.
- Offer additional products to provide Complete Customer Portfolios
- Keep detailed notes on our Computer System at all times (Paperless Environment)
- Keep abeyances updated and current
- Accounts Receivable

**Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required**
- Level 1 Insurance license and willing to earn a Level 2
- Level 2 General Insurance Salesperson License preferred
- At least one year of insurance office experience
- Strong organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Strong customer service
- Flexible in job duties and/or hours as necessary
- Company Portal knowledge is an asset
- Computer skills, including working knowledge of Word & Excel

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $45,000.00-$65,000.00 per year

**Experience**:
