Cost Consultant

M3 Development Management is searching for a **Cost Consultant**who demonstrates an organized and technical commitment to the industry. **A Day in the Life**:
At M3, no two days will look alike. The Cost Consultant will be responsible for analyzing project budgets and schedules, reviewing and understanding Lenders Commitment Letters, implementing cost control measures and reviewing other documents related to project development. You will work closely with Lenders, Developers, project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that their projects are completed on time and on budget.
- Note: This position is required to be fully on-site, based out of our office location in Edmonton, AB._

**On your resume and cover letter, we’ll be looking for the following**:

- 0 - 5 years’ experience in loan monitoring, cost estimating, or project management.
- Recognized University Degree or Technical school diploma.
- Demonstrated knowledge of accounting principles and cost control techniques.
- Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis.
- Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards.
- Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.).

- Flexibility to travel for on-site visits and technical support (valid drivers’ license is required).

**APPLICATION PROCESS**:
Pay: $65,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
