QA Assistant

We are looking for a QA Assistant to join our quality assurance team. The QA Assistant will assist with the implementation of quality assurance processes and procedures, ensuring that products and services are of the highest quality.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist with the development and implementation of quality assurance processes and procedures.
- Monitor and inspect products and services to ensure compliance with established quality standards.
- Report any deficiencies or potential problems to the Quality Manager.
- Monitor and document quality assurance activities.
- Provide feedback to management and other departments on quality issues.
- Support the design, development and implementation of testing protocols.
- Maintain records of quality assurance activities.
- Support the Quality Manager in the development of corrective action plans.
- Participate in quality audits and reviews.
- Maintain awareness of industry trends and best practices.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Quality Assurance or related field.
- Knowledge of quality assurance principles and practices.
- Understanding of quality assurance tools and techniques.
- Strong communication, organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $17.00-$20.00 per hour
