**Role Overview**:
We're looking for a **Technical Project Manager** to drive the development and launch of innovative software products that sit at the heart of this transformation. You will oversee the software development lifecycle of multiple cutting-edge products. You’ll partner closely with Product Managers and cross-functional teams including; Data Science, UX, Engineering, and QA—to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and with excellence.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Own and lead end-to-end project execution—from initiation and planning through execution, monitoring, and closing.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements, scope, timelines, and success criteria.
- Drive team alignment and accountability by running effective sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Create and maintain detailed project plans, roadmaps, timelines, budgets, and risk registers.
- Facilitate cross-functional communication, ensuring transparency and clarity across departments.
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project status, timelines, risks, and deliverables.
- Champion documentation—meeting notes, decisions, action items, and technical records—especially as it relates to regulatory and certification requirements.
- Cultivate a supportive, high-performing team environment with open dialogue and collaborative problem-solving.

**Requirements**:
We’re seeking a dynamic, detail-oriented leader who thrives in fast-paced, evolving environments.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience managing software development projects in a technical environment.
- Proven ability to lead multiple concurrent projects in high-stakes, deadline-driven settings.
- Strong command of Agile and SDLC methodologies.
- Proficiency with project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, or equivalents.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Demonstrated experience managing cross-functional technical teams.
- Ability to create and manage regulatory and certification documentation.
