Prep’n Sell is growing, and we’re expanding our Staging Services We’re looking for a **creative, self-motivated, and highly skilled Home Stager** to join our team on a part-time, independent contractor basis.

**What We’re Looking For**:
Someone who is:

- Creative and detail-oriented
- Punctual and professional
- A strong communicator and problem-solver
- Friendly, humble, and loves working with people

**Responsibilities**:

- Meet and consult with homeowners on-site to provide expert staging advice
- Complete and submit a standardized staging checklist following each visit
- Coordinate scheduling with the franchisee to ensure timely appointments

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2 years of home staging experience
- Must be an independent contractor and able to invoice for services
- Provide your own unmarked vehicle for site visits
- Flexibility to accommodate our projects in your schedule
- Smartphone and home computer for communication and reporting

**Job Type**:

- Part-time, independent contractor
- Potential for growth based on performance and availability

**Compensation**:

- $50 per hour
