Quebec City, Canada Lester B. Pearson School Board Full time

The Lester B. Pearson School Board is looking for student supervisors to work in our lunch program.

Approximately one hour per day - varies by school. A temporary lay-off occurs during the summer period.

**Qualifications**:
Hold a Secondary School Diploma or a diploma or an attestation of studies recognized as equivalent by the competent authority

**Other Requirements**:
1- Have one (1) year of pertinent experience which demonstrates a passion to work with children.

2- Hold a certificate dated no more than three (3) years attesting to the successful completion of a standard first aid course of a minimum eight (8) hour duration or a refresher course of minimum six (6) hour duration

**Nature of the work**:
The employee in this class of employment supervises groups of 20-25 students in the school and its buildings during the designated lunch hour to ensure that rules are observed and that students are safe.

**Schedule**:

**Exigences**:
Être titulaire d’un diplôme de 5e année du secondaire ou être titulaire d’un diplôme ou d’une attestation d’études dont l’équivalence est reconnue par l’autorité compétente

**Autres exigences**:
1- Avoir une (1) année d’expérience pertinente qui démontre l’intérêt de travailler avec des enfants.

2- Être titulaire d’un document datant d’au plus trois (3) ans, attestant la réussite d’un cours de secourisme général d’une durée mínimale de huit (8) heures ou d’un cours d’appoint d’une durée mínimale de six (6) heures

**Nature du travail**:
La personne salariée de cette classe d’emplois exerce une surveillance dans l’établissement

scolaire et ses dépendances pour s’assurer du respect des règlements et voir à la sécurité des

élèves.

**Horaire**:
1 à 2 heures par jour pendant l'heure du déjeuner à l'école (varie en fonction de l'horaire)
