**Key Responsibilities**

**Warehouse Operations Management**
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, order fulfillment, and shipping activities.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Optimize workflows and processes to meet high inventory turnover demands and minimize downtime.

**Inventory Management**
- Implement and maintain advanced inventory management strategies to ensure accuracy and minimize stock discrepancies.
- Monitor and analyze inventory metrics, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with procurement and production teams to maintain optimal inventory levels and avoid stockouts or overstock situations.

**Change Management**
- Lead the warehouse team through organizational and procedural changes, ensuring mínimal disruption to operations.
- Develop and communicate change strategies effectively, fostering a positive and adaptable work environment.
- Train and mentor team members to adopt new processes and technologies.

**Leadership & Team Development**
- Supervise, train, and motivate warehouse staff to achieve operational goals and maintain high performance.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
- Foster a collaborative culture that emphasizes teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.

**ERP Systems & Technology**
- Leverage ERP systems to manage inventory, streamline processes, and generate insightful reports.
- Ensure accurate and timely data entry and system updates to support business decisions.
- Identify opportunities to enhance ERP utilization and efficiency within warehouse operations.

**Continuous Improvement**
- Identify and implement best practices to improve warehouse efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance service levels.
- Develop and monitor KPIs to measure operational performance and drive improvements.
- Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge.

**Qualifications**
- **Experience**: Minimum 10 years in warehouse supervision, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- **Certifications**: APICS Certified (e.g., CPIM or CSCP) strongly preferred.
- **Skills**: Strong understanding of inventory management strategies and high-turnover environments. Expertise in ERP systems and data-driven decision-making. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Proven ability to manage and implement change effectively.
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or related field preferred.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $35.00-$40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Licence/Certification:

- APICS Certification (preferred)
