**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Schedule, dispatch, and track fuel shipments to ensure timely, efficient deliveries. Monitor driver assignments and maintain compliance with Hours of Service (HOS) regulations.
- Leverage geographic knowledge and route tools to plan efficient trips—reducing travel times, lowering fuel costs, and maximizing load efficiency.
- Maintain proactive communication with drivers using GPS, dispatch software, or phone. Address issues during transit promptly—delays, mechanical issues, or loading setbacks.
- Ensure all dispatching and driver activities meet MTO, OSHA, and company safety standards. Handle paperwork such as bills of lading, rate confirmations, load manifests, and maintain digital logs.
- Track shipments in transit, monitor fuel inventory levels at delivery points, and alert relevant teams of potential shortages to prevent runouts.
- Liaise effectively with internal teams (drivers, customer service, maintenance, compliance). Keep supervisors informed and escalate issues as needed.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately to maintain up-to-date records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Analyze customer needs and provide tailored solutions related to shipping and receiving processes.
- Provide support in freight logistics, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service excellence.
- Typing proficiency with attention to detail for accurate data entry tasks.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities effectively.

Pay: $40,000.00-$60,000.00 per year

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Kleinburg, ON
