**Cooks, Gather Craft Kitchen & Bar**

**The Role**:
APC is seeking Cooks to work in our newest restaurant, Gather, Craft Kitchen & Bar located within the spectacular landmark in The Leaf, at Assiniboine Park. This is a two-shift restaurant operating 7 days a week, and offers 30-40 hours a week of employment. As a Cook your main objective is to prepare and present menu items as set out by the Chef ensuring safety, hygiene, and cleanliness in all aspects of your work. This position is responsible for working the whole line of the kitchen including the preparation and presentation of both hot and cold menu items set out by the Chef.

**Qualifications**:

- Thorough experience in cooking at a contemporary on-trend restaurant.
- Knowledge of kitchen procedures.
- Extensive knowledge of food handling and sanitization standards.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities while attending to details and maintaining a safe and professional work environment.
- An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

**Wage range**: starting $15.31 - $17.59 per hour (dependent on work experience), plus tips.
