IT Support

Rotor Maxx Support is a full service Transport Canada AMO with ratings in Aircraft, Structures, Components, Engines and NDT. We are looking for a cross platform systems administrator, IT support person for a permanent full time, on site position.

**Requirements**:

- 3+ years with Windows Systems Administration with Active Directory / IIS
- 3+ years with Linux Sys Admin like Red Hat, Centos, etc
- Experience Microsoft 365 Administration
- Experience with Microsoft Office programs

**Duties**
- You will be responsible for IT related tasks throughout the company supporting the team.
- Provide technical support for hardware and software issues to employees of various IT levels.
- Setup and maintenance of company servers, workstations, printers, and other associated peripherals.
- Configures, monitors, and maintains cloud-based systems.
- Create and maintain a cybersecurity training program.
- Maintain or create documentation to detail procedures and processes within the IT department.

**Qualifications and Skills Required**:

- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team including teaching others.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in IT support, cloud, and infrastructure.
- Experience with security administration and knowledge of security best practices.

Degree in related field an asset but not essential.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $25.00-$45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
