Sales Representative

**Introduction**

**Overview of the Role**

Reporting to Todd and to the board, this is a commission paid position. You will connect with customers, showcase the sunrooms, participate in all trade shows in the province of Nova Scotia, and meet new and existing customer. Also build a team of sales reps as the business grows.

**Job description**
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Communicate internally among management, maximizing opportunities
- Develop and grow the sunroom business and develop an awning business through new client ( private and business) acquisition.
- Initiate and evaluate opportunities
- Develop and implement a schedule for customer contact to capitalize on opportunities
- Provide territory plans and reports with ‘initiatives’ in acquiring new or incremental business
- Manage Accounts Receivables within the designated territory
- Other duties as assigned

**Qualifications**
You are best suited for the role if you have the following qualifications:

- Training and education in sales preferred with 1-3 years of sales experience
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
- Good work ethic, positive and enthusiastic personality with strong interpersonal skills, self-motivated and excellent time management skills
- Ability to work under pressure and establish priorities
- Sound communication, in-person and online
- Have a valid driver’s license and be able to provide an acceptable driver’s abstract
- Neat and professional in appearance
- Previous client service experience is an asset
- Ability to work independently and built a team of sale rep
- Must be reliable, eligible to work in Canada and available to work full time, 40 hours per week

**Commission Wage Structure.**

This is a Commission Wage Structured position based on experience.
- For the first 6 months of employment and to support your training and development, Nova Sunrooms will provide you with a guaranteed minimum income and a high percentage on the sale _

Expected start date: 2024-09-16

Additional pay:

- Commission pay

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
