As a Lead Hand, you will play a crucial role in overseeing installation projects and ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standard. You will lead a team of skilled installers, coordinate with project managers, and ensure that all installations meet or exceed client expectations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and supervise a team of installers, providing guidance, training, and support as needed.
- Oversee and coordinate daily installation activities, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Review project plans and specifications to ensure accurate and high-quality installations.
- Conduct on-site inspections to monitor progress, address any issues, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Communicate effectively with clients, addressing any concerns or questions and providing updates on project status.
- Maintain and organize installation tools and equipment, ensuring they are in good working condition.
- Collaborate with project managers and other team members to ensure smooth project execution.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in a lead or supervisory role within the installation industry.
- Strong knowledge of installation processes, techniques, and safety standards.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documents.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valid driver’s license

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards.
- Site Lead Experience running a team
