Job description

Restoration Company currently seeking individual(s) to work as restoration technicians / general labourers under the direction of the Restoration Production Manager. Restoration labourers help support emergency response teams and restoration projects to meet the needs of our customers.

Primary Responsibilities:

- Perform demolition, drying, cleaning, sanitation, and other restoration services.
- Set up and monitor specialised equipment such as dehumidifiers, air movers, and HEPA vacuums.
- Contents manipulation on site or at warehouse
- Contents cleaning on site or at warehouse
- Laundering of contents
- Contents inventory and listing
- Structure cleaning and odour control
- General Cleaning duties
- Ensure that health and safety procedures are followed as per company protocol
- Respond to emergency calls and mitigate damages (after hours, on call rotation)
- Document work progress using photos, logs, and restoration Software. Encircle knowledge in all capacities is a great addition.

**Required Skills**:

- Flexibility in schedule is key (early mornings, late nights, holidays, etc.) (On-call 24/7 rotation)
- Strong time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong organizational skills to ensure that duties are completed on time.
- A team player with excellent communication skills who can work in a fast-paced environment.

**Experience**:

- Non-industry general labour and/or cleaning experience may be considered.
- Some experience in the restoration/emergency services industry an asset but not required.
- High School graduate or equivalent.

Mandatory Requirements:

- Able and willing to participate in 24/7 on-call rotation.
- Physically capable to lift and move +50 lbs
- Valid Class 5 drivers license, with good abstract
- Personal Means of Transportation

Pay: From $22.00 per hour
