We are a mobile dog grooming business looking to hire an experienced groomer to join our team. As a mobile dog groomer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional grooming services to our furry clients right outside their home.

**Responsibilities**:

- Drive our fully-equipped grooming van to clients' homes and provide professional grooming services to their dogs
- Provide a wide range of grooming services including bathing, brushing, trimming, and nail clipping
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and their pets
- Keep accurate records of each client's grooming history and preferences
- Ensure that the grooming van and all equipment are clean and well-maintained
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanour at all times

**Requirements**:

- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a professional dog groomer
- In-depth knowledge of dog breeds, grooming techniques, and grooming tools
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently
- A passion for working with dogs and providing exceptional care

**Compensation and Benefits**:

- Base hourly rate: $25/hour plus commission for each groom you do
- All tips go directly to groomers - you can expect an additional $8-$15/hour in tips
- Typical earnings ranging from $70-80k/year.
