**The Role**

We believe that small, collaborative, and cross-functional teams are best equipped to ship the most optimal project outcomes. Within these teams, QA ensures the work we deliver meets a high bar for overall quality, compliance and design excellence.

As QA Manager, you’ll lead quality management across the development of enterprise websites, mobile apps, e-commerce, and digital products, ensuring quality and acceptance is prioritized from initial project planning to launch. You’ll be responsible for identifying appropriate test methodologies, creating automation frameworks, and developing repeatable test scripts focused on delivering exceptional digital experiences that meet a high standard of design, functional, and performance excellence. This is a hands-on role, leading QA on projects from ideation through deployment.

**What You'll Do**
- Lead QA planning, estimation, and support at the project planning stage, including presenting QA plans to client stakeholders
- Manage delivery of test scope including manual and automated test cases, test steps, UAT and acceptance criteria, and expected results based on functional and non-functional requirements and design specifications
- Drive QA excellence, developing dashboards, reporting on metrics across projects, and presenting results and recommendations to project teams
- Champion test-driven development and the use of AI and automated test suites
- Develop and maintain automation testing methods and tools for UX/UI and technical performance, maximizing repeatable automation scripts across projects
- Develop and manage relationships with both generalist and specialized external testing partners
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, collaborating with designers, engineers, and PMs to make testing as a critical part of our process
- Independently manage multiple concurrent projects at any given time

**What You'll Bring**
- 8+ years experience in software testing and QA with a focus on web and mobile
- Demonstrated success supporting the launch of digital products and services
- Experience in open source environment such as Node.js/NPM and with Javascript, Typescript or a similar scripting languages
- Experience with source control including Git in collaborative software development
- Experience working with CI/CD pipelines
- Understanding of APIs and user interface testing
- Competency in agile and iterative project management methodologies
- Strong analytical skills, able to articulate and communicate data-driven insights
- Leadership qualities and strength in collaboration with cross-functional team members
- Obsessively detail oriented in approach, documentation, and organization
- Comfortable working independently with a can-do attitude towards getting things done
- Natural ability to communicate, present, and gain buy-in internally and with clients
- Experience in defining test criteria for usability, accessibility, SEO, analytics, security, and A/B testing
