**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Greet and seat guests promptly with a friendly demeanor.
- Present menus and provide detailed information about food and beverage offerings.
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all special requests are noted.
- Serve food and beverages in a timely manner while maintaining high standards of presentation.
- Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience and address any concerns promptly.
- Process payments using the cash register, ensuring accuracy in transactions.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation of orders.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
- Adhere to all food handling and safety regulations to ensure guest health and safety.

**Experience**
- Previous experience in the restaurant or food industry is preferred but not required.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and processing payments accurately.
- Time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tables and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Knowledge of upselling techniques to enhance guest experience and increase sales is a plus.
- Familiarity with food handling practices to ensure compliance with health regulations is beneficial.
