**Duties**
- Perform phlebotomy procedures to collect blood samples from patients.
- Conduct laboratory tests and analyses in accordance with established protocols.
- Prepare specimens for analysis and ensure proper labeling and documentation.
- Maintain laboratory equipment and ensure cleanliness and compliance with safety standards.
- Assist in the training of new staff members on laboratory procedures and protocols.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide accurate and timely test results.
- Utilize medical terminology effectively in communication with patients and staff.
- Participate in quality control measures to ensure the accuracy of test results.
**Experience**
- Previous experience in a hospital or clinical laboratory setting is preferred.
- Familiarity with medical terminology is essential for effective communication within the team.
- Experience in patient care is a plus, as it enhances understanding of patient needs during sample collection.
- Knowledge of laboratory procedures, equipment, and safety protocols is highly desirable.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills are necessary for maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with regulations.

Pay: $21.00-$22.50 per hour
