**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes or customer preferences.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and offering recommendations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces.
- Handle cash transactions accurately using POS systems, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.
- Monitor inventory levels of drinks and supplies, restocking as needed to ensure smooth operations.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service when necessary.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including responsible alcohol service practices.
- Assist in training new staff members on bartending techniques and customer service standards.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in bartending or related food service roles is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with guests.
- Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures is essential.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash management and drink preparation measurements.
- Knowledge of various drink recipes and the ability to mix cocktails effectively.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- A passion for the food industry and commitment to providing exceptional dining experiences.
