We require the skills of **General Labour** _(Non-Posted Bench)_ to join our talented Production Team, who will be responsible for the manufacturing of quality moulded fibre egg cartons.

- ** 1.5x hourly rate paid for all hours worked on Saturday and Sunday**:

**POSITION REQUIREMENTS**:

- ** New hires (Non-posted bench) rotate between days & nights on a monthly basis**
- Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday
- Week 2: Sunday, Wednesday, Thursday
- 12 hour Continental Shift, 7:00 - 7:00

**DUTIES**:

- Operate equipment and complete checks to ensure compliance with production, process & quality specifications
- Observe panel indicators, gauges, other instruments to detect equipment and/or product issues
- Record and adhere to quality specifications related to weight, colour and functionality requirements
- Perform additional duties as required by Supervision in compliance with relevant legislation and safety procedures.
- Utilize a forklift or other equipment to move/transport materials

**IDEAL**:

- 18 years of age, and completion of Grade 12 required
- Previous manufacturing experience is an asset with the ability to work safely and productively
- Physically capable of standing for long periods of time with the ability to perform repetitive movements
- Good communication, ability to work as a team, and in cooperation with colleagues on a shift of 35+ people
- Reliable, comfortable with labor-intensive work and have a great attitude

Nights 7pm to 7am

Week 1 - 48hrs
