**Job Overview**
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Owner Operator Driver to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for transporting freight safely and efficiently while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism. As an Owner Operator, you will have the autonomy to manage your own schedule and routes, ensuring timely deliveries while providing exceptional service to our clients.

**Duties**
- Operate commercial vehicles to transport freight across designated routes.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles to ensure safety and compliance with regulations.
- Maintain accurate logs of driving hours, vehicle maintenance, and cargo details.
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers and clients regarding delivery schedules and any potential issues.
- Manage vehicle maintenance and repairs, ensuring that all equipment is in optimal working condition.
- Utilize forklifts and heavy equipment as needed for loading and unloading cargo.
- Adhere to all local, state, and federal transportation regulations.

**Requirements**:

- Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) with a clean driving record.
- Canada/US driver
- Proven experience in commercial driving with a strong understanding of freight transportation.
- Knowledge of automotive repair is a plus for maintaining vehicle performance.
- Experience operating forklifts and heavy equipment is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients and team members.
- Ability to work independently while adhering to company policies and safety standards.
