**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Crew Leadership**:

- Supervise, motivate, and manage a crew of 2-3 lawn care technicians.
- Assign daily tasks and ensure timely completion of scheduled jobs.
- Provide training and guidance to crew members on proper mowing techniques and safety procedures.
- **Lawn Maintenance Operations**:

- Operate and maintain lawn care equipment, including zero-turn mowers, trimmers, edgers, and blowers.
- Perform lawn mowing, trimming, edging, and blowing to maintain clean and manicured properties.
- Ensure all work is completed to company standards and client expectations.
- **Client Interaction**:

- Communicate professionally with clients to address questions, concerns, and service requests.
- Report any property issues or client feedback to management promptly.
- **Equipment and Safety Management**:

- Conduct daily inspections of equipment to ensure proper functioning.
- Perform routine maintenance and report any equipment issues to the appropriate personnel.
- Enforce safety protocols and ensure crew adherence to company safety policies.
- **Administrative Duties**:

- Maintain accurate records of work performed, hours worked, and materials used.
- Submit daily reports and timesheets to management.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in lawn care or landscaping, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
- Proficiency in operating commercial lawn care equipment.
- Valid Nova Scotia driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must be able to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
