Chiller Technician

**Overview**

**Duties**
- Interpret and work from schematics to diagnose and resolve technical issues.
- Perform maintenance and repairs on HVAC systems, ensuring they operate efficiently.
- Conduct boiler maintenance and repairs, including troubleshooting and part replacement.
- Execute welding tasks as needed for repairs or modifications to equipment.
- Repair and maintain appliances, ensuring they meet safety standards and function correctly.
- Build and assemble mechanical components as required for various projects.
- Plumb systems according to specifications, ensuring proper installation and functionality.
- Maintain accurate records of repairs, maintenance schedules, and inventory of parts used.
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance service delivery.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in mechanical repair or a related field is preferred.
- Strong understanding of HVAC systems, boiler operations, welding techniques, appliance repair, plumbing, and general mechanical knowledge.
- Ability to read schematics and technical manuals effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented approach to troubleshooting.
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and clients.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $40.00-$68.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
