**River City Ram** is part of the Steve Marshall Group, which operates new, used, and RV dealerships throughout British Columbia and the US. We are an award-winning brand with more than 400 employees, and we are looking to add one more as a full-time **Accounts Payable/Receivable & Payroll Specialist**.

**Role Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Process and record accounts payable and receivable transactions accurately and promptly.
- Accurately code invoices and record transactions.
- Handle expense reports and credit card bills.
- Manage payroll processing, including time tracking, deductions, and benefit administration.
- Prepare invoices, track payments, and follow up on outstanding accounts.
- Maintain accurate and organized financial records for audits and reporting.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing procedures.
- Match vendor statements with AP records and investigate discrepancies.
- Process the monthly OEM statement.

**Qualifications & Competencies**
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Accounts Payable/Receivable and payroll administration.
- Experience with dealership accounting software (PBS or similar) is an asset.
- Prior dealership accounting experience is highly valued.
- Familiarity with OEM statement (Nissan, Honda, Ford, Chrysler, etc.) posting is a strong asset.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills.
