**About the Job**:
**Assembly Technician (Richmond).**

At Dynamix Agitators, we specialize in engineering and manufacturing agitators and mixers for industrial process markets worldwide. Our customers include some of the world's leading energy and natural resource companies, as well as some of the largest chemical manufacturing companies. Due to continual growth, we are in need of a dynamic and outgoing individual to join our Production Team in the role of an Assembly Technician.

**About the job**:

- Hands-on assembly of mixers, comprising electric motors, shafts, and other components while using basic tools and machinery.
- Attention to detail in following Quality Control measures related to the assembly of components is essential.
- Our facilities are organized and clean, and the staff is supportive.
- The office hours are 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 pm Monday - Friday with 1 hour for a lunch break.

**About you**:

- A good mechanical aptitude.
- You have strong attention to detail relating to hands-on assembly processes.
- A good understanding of basic quality control requirements.
- Able to continually produce a quality assembly.
- Experience in a fast-paced manufacturing or assembly-related environment.
- Physically fit and able to handle some minor lifting while assembling components.
- Committed to working safely at all times.
- Good verbal and written English communication skills
- Reliable team player with good customer service abilities.
- Shipping/Receiving experience.
- Forklift operator certificate.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Experience dealing with Vendors.

**Nice To Have**:

- Reading general product drawings.
- Experience in Production Scheduling.
- Experience working with inventory control.
