**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Operate heavy equipment such as excavator, dozer, skid steer to perform tasks related to construction, excavation, and material handling.
- Safely dig trenches, build foundations, and perform earthmoving operations as required by project specifications.
- Conduct routine inspections of equipment to ensure proper functioning and maintenance; report any issues or malfunctions promptly.
- Collaborate with team members to coordinate activities on-site and ensure that all safety protocols are followed.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to environmental regulations.
- Assist in the loading and unloading of materials as needed using farm machinery or commercial driving skills when applicable.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in heavy equipment operation, including bulldozer, backhoe, loader, and crane operation.
- Strong understanding of safety regulations and best practices in equipment operation.
- Ability to perform physical tasks associated with the role, including lifting heavy loads and standing for extended periods.
- Valid driver's license; commercial driving experience is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team environment.
