** Key Responsibilities**:
- **Patient Care Focus**: Act as the primary contact for patients seeking surgical services, offering compassionate empathetic, and informative conversations about private surgery options, clear, and detailed information on treatment options, risks, benefits, and recovery.
- **Sales Process Management**: Manage the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation to consultation scheduling, ensuring a seamless experience for patients.
- **Relationship Building**: Establish and nurture long-term relationships with patients, acting as a trusted advisor to address concerns and provide ongoing support.
- **Product Knowledge**: Maintain a strong understanding of our services, pricing, and medical procedures to answer patient inquiries confidently.
- **Follow-Up**: Regularly follow up with leads and patients to ensure satisfaction, answer additional questions, and facilitate the next steps.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work alongside clinical and administrative teams to ensure smooth communication and continuity of care throughout the patient’s surgical journey.
- **Performance Monitoring**: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as service uptake, patient satisfaction, and engagement to ensure alignment with goals and enhance patient outcomes.
**Qualifications**:
- Sales Experience: Minimum 2-5 years proven experience in inside sales in the healthcare or medical field, with a focus on consultative selling.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with patients and provide them with the necessary information.
- Empathy and Compassion: A genuine interest in patient well-being and a commitment to providing exceptional service.
- Relationship-Building Skills: Ability to establish trust and rapport with patients, ensuring a positive experience and continued relationship.
- Detail-Oriented: Ability to manage multiple patients’ needs while maintaining a high level of accuracy and professionalism. Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM software and other digital tools to manage leads and patient interactions.
