**JOB DESCRIPTION**

The warehouse team member plays a crucial role in the efficient and organized operation of the warehouse. This position involves a variety of tasks, including picking parts by picklists to identify required parts, on time delivery of parts to the designated point of use according to a predetermined schedule, organizing and stocking shelves, bins, or racks as inventory comes in, and maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the warehouse area.

Skills required to perform successfully within this team include basic mathematical skills for counting and verifying inventory, physical stamina to perform tasks that involve lifting, carrying, and moving heavy objects, attention to detail and the ability to maintain accuracy in picking and stocking operations, strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks, effective communication and teamwork abilities, as well as knowledge of safety protocols and willingness to adhere to them.***
