We offer state-of-the-art milling and CNC capabilities, allowing you to provide unparalleled custom solutions to your clients. You'll have the autonomy to build your client base and the support of a dedicated team committed to your success.

**YOUR NEXT CHALLENGE**

**Schedule**: 5 shifts of 9 hours between Monday to Saturday
**Base Wage**:Base salary + Bonus
**Other Compensation**:Health benefits, paid sick days, paid vacation

**SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Proactively engage with and qualify potential clients, providing expert advice and solutions to secure high-value custom millwork projects
- Collaborate closely with our in-house millwork and CNC teams to ensure seamless project execution from design to delivery
- Leverage past experience using design softwares to ensure products are accurately specified and agreed to before production begins
- Develop relationships with suppliers to source unique materials for customer projects
- Manage existing accounts by providing excellent service and expert advice
- Process customer sales (quote, order, take payment, coordinate logistics)
- Actively seek new information and product knowledge
- Strategically identify and pursue new business opportunities through targeted outreach, networking events, and on-site consultations to grow The WoodSource's market share
- Other tasks as required

**WHAT YOU NEED**
- Professional approach and presence
- Outstanding attitude: have initiative, display excellent follow-up, have a positive outlook and be a pleasure to work with
- Expertise in one of the following: decking materials, wood siding, millwork, or CNC manufacturing
- Minimum of 3 years of sales experience selling building materials, with a demonstrated ability to achieve annual sales targets of $2M+
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to use Microsoft Office including Word, Outlook and Teams
- Previous experience working with CAD based softwareis considered an asset
- Ability to speak French is considered an asset
- High school diploma essential; College diploma/university degree is considered an asset
