Objectifs:
Votre responsabilité sera de gérer les opérations quotidiennes du magasin en veillant à ce que les objectifs de salaire et de ventes du magasin soient contrôlés, et que les politiques et procédures de notre organisation soient suivies et implémentées pour le bon fonctionnement du magasin.
- En maintenant un contrôle d'inventaire serré
- En assurant une dotation de personnel
- En respectant le budget salarial
- En veillant à ce que les normes visuelles du magasin soient respectées
- En supervisant l'équipe dans toutes les tâches essentielles pour le bon fonctionnement du magasin

- Un service à la clientèle de qualité supérieure dans le secteur de la mode
- Capacité de recruter, de retenir et d’encadrer une équipe
- en mesure de gérer l’inventaire efficacement,
- en mesure de suivre les stratégies visuelles de l’entreprise

**Boathouse is looking for a Store Manager**

**Mall Champlain, Qc**

Our organization's mission is to offer our customers exceptional service by offering the leading brands of clothing and footwear. Style combined with comfort remains paramount within our organization.

We have more than 80 stores across Canada and are constantly growing.

Objectives:
Your responsibility will be to manage the day-to-day operations of the store by ensuring that the store's salary and sales targets are controlled, and that our organization's policies and procedures are followed and implemented for the proper functioning of the store.

1. Maintaining tight inventory control

2. Staffing

3. En respecting the salary budget

4. Ensuring that the visual standards of the store are met

5. By supervising the team in all the essential tasks for the proper functioning of the store

**Skills**:

- Un superior customer service in the fashion industry
- Ability to recruit, retain and mentor a team
- able to manage inventory effectively,
- able to track the company's visual strategies
- effective management of wage costs
- loss prevention

**Salary**: From $20.00 per hour
