Creative Children is one of the largest distributors of art & educational materials in Western Canada supplying daycares, public & private schools. We have a close-knit team of dedicated staff that has made us the success we are today.
- Front desk retail, scanning of customer purchases, payment processing
- Web order reviews and fulfillment processing
- Respond to inbound/outbound calls regarding order status, product availability and general information
- Ensure customer satisfaction and resolution for each contact
- Reconciling end of day cash & credit cards
- Merchandising
- General administrative & clerical duties

**Skills**:

- Exceptional Customer Service experience
- Min typing speed = 50 wpm
- Accuracy and attention to detail are critical to this position
- Cashier, accurate product scanning, cash & credit card processing

- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 per week
