We are hiring Customer Care Representatives in our various stores. This contract role will work between 24 and 40 hours per week in our Retail locations.

**Position Details**:
In this role you will be doing things like:

- Passport photos, selling memberships, tour books
- Placing outbound calls to Travel Suppliers for Travel Agents
- Provide Travel Clients with necessary travel requirements based on current Covid and travel protocols
- Invoicing travel files for Travel Agents
- Attaching and verifying supplier invoices to Travel files
- Support with Travel Agents with Accounting adjustments. (eg. Verify Travel invoice with Clientlinq files)
- Providing payment to Travel Suppler based on Travel Agent requirements
