We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented **Order Logistics Specialist** to join our team and help ensure every order is fulfilled accurately and on time.

**Position Summary**
The Order Logistics Specialist is responsible for managing the end-to-end flow of floral orders, coordinating with florists, couriers, and internal departments to guarantee smooth and timely deliveries. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and the capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Monitor and coordinate the fulfillment of customer orders from placement to delivery.
- Communicate effectively with florists, vendors, and delivery partners to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Prioritize and manage same-day and time-sensitive orders.
- Troubleshoot and resolve order or delivery issues promptly and professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of order status, delays, and resolutions.
- Provide support during peak periods (Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, holidays) by managing high order volumes.
- Collaborate with teams to maintain excellent customer satisfaction.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in logistics, order management, or customer service (preferred).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with high attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure.
- Problem-solving skills with a proactive approach.
- Proficiency with computer systems and order management tools.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and schedules.
