As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager/Estimator to join our team and contribute to the success of our projects.

**Responsibilities**:
**Estimation**:

- Conduct accurate material takeoffs and prepare comprehensive cost estimates for structural steel projects.
- Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to obtain competitive pricing for materials and services.
- Analyze project requirements and provide detailed cost breakdowns.

**Project Management**:

- Develop and manage project schedules, ensuring timely completion of milestones and deliverables.
- Coordinate with general contractors, internal teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless project execution.
- Monitor and control project budgets, identifying and addressing any variances.

**Shop Fabrication**:

- Communicate with the fabrication team, ensuring adherence to quality standards and project specifications.
- Collaborate with our steel detailing and fabrication teams to optimize processes and improve efficiency.

**On-Site Installation**:

- Manage on-site installation activities, coordinating with construction teams and subcontractors.
- Address any challenges or issues that may arise during the installation phase.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in project management and estimation within the steel fabrication and/or construction industries.
- Strong knowledge of material takeoff processes, fabrication techniques, and installation procedures.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay: $55,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
