Salary starting at 25$/H

Day shift : Monday to Thursday 6:45AM to 5:30PM

Night shift : Monday to Thursday 5:15PM to 4:00AM

We are looking for a motivated individual with strong manual skills and a thirst for learning to join our team. This position is ideal for anyone looking to gain valuable experience in the field of welding, with a particular focus on grinding and filling work.

We offer an apprentice training program that will allow you to acquire essential trade skills through progressive learning in the company under the supervision of experienced professionals.

**Daily tasks**:

- Inspect, maintain and repair molds for production;
- Perform precision grinding and filling on mold dies to meet the established mold tolerance criterias;
- Comply with and perform quality control checks throughout the process to meet standards;
- Assist experienced welders in assembling and welding specific projects;
- Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of the workshop and equipment;
- Consult the production schedule;
- Follow safety instructions and work procedures;
- Participate in various stages of manufacturing and quality control;
**Qualifications**
- Motivation and willingness to learn a manual and technical trade
- Ability to work in a team and execute tasks with precision
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Capable of performing repetitive tasks
- Manual and visual dexterity
- Ability to work standing all day
- Experience in welding or manufacturing (an asset);
