Sweet-o-one is a renowned pastry shop, dedicated to crafting high-quality baked goods and pastries. We pride ourselves on our commitment to excellence and our passion for creating delightful experiences for our customers.

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Pastry Baker to join our team. This position is full-time, with standard work shift Tuesday-Saturday 9am-5pm, overtime may be required. Compensation - competitive and based on experience and qualifications.

JOB DUTIES INCLUDE
- Prepare and bake a variety of pastries and cakes following established recipes and standards.
- Assemble and decorate cakes and pastries with attention to detail and creativity.
- Ensure consistency in quality and presentation of all baked items.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Must be familiar with the use of commercial mixing machines, ovens, and other large-scale baking equipment.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Pastry Baker or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in baking techniques, cake assembly, and pastry decoration.
- Positive attitude, strong attention to detail and artistic ability.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to lift heavy bags of baking ingredients.
- Culinary or baking certification is an asset but not required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
