AECOM is on the hunt for a superstar Bilingual Early Careers Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team.

This is a full-time position that can be based in either our Markham or Montreal offices with flexible work options. Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager, you will manage multiple early careers requisitions end-to-end—from market research and strategy development, to sourcing, engagement, assessment, offer negotiation, and onboarding.

**The responsibilities include but are not limited to**:

- Manage full life-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, presenting offers, and onboarding
- Advise hiring managers on recruitment strategies, hiring timelines, and sourcing trends
- Build and sustain partnerships with Canada’s top academic institutions and attract top talent through co-ops, internships, and new graduate roles
- Lead and participate in career fairs, networking events, and on-campus or virtual activations
- Communicate consistently and proactively with all stakeholders throughout the recruitment process
- Leverage AI and machine learning tools to enhance sourcing, improve job ads, automate workflows, and enable data-driven hiring decisions

**Qualifications** Minimum Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree plus 2 years of experience in talent scouting/recruiting or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Proven experience with full-cycle campus or early careers recruiting
- Bilingual: Fluency in English and French, both oral and written
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Comfortable engaging with students, career services, and internal stakeholders
- Willingness and ability to travel occasionally for campus events and recruitment initiatives

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience recruiting for student and new graduate roles across Canada
- Knowledge of the AEC (Architecture, Engineering, and Construction) industry is an asset
- Understanding of diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) practices in early careers recruitment
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with hiring managers, academic partners, and student groups
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with Workday, SmartRecruiters, or other ATS platforms is a plus
- Experience using AI-powered tools for sourcing, automation, or recruitment marketing
- Creativity in employer branding and engaging student talent across channels
