**Summary**
The Project Coordinator partners with the site staff, consultants, clients and vendors to execute landscaping works. He/She organizes landscaping activities according to the project timeline. He/She partners with the authorities on landscape design requirements and approval. He/She manages work proposal, costing, and activities tracking until the project's end.

**Job Duties**
- Ensures projects receive all required materials, equipment and manpower to meet deadlines and realize collective efficiencies;
- Prepares and track RFI's, change orders and invoice backup for multiple job sites simultaneously;
- Invested in the success of the project and helps with any tasks that require assistance/attention;
- Hire and manage sub-contractors while monitoring progress and quality of work.
- Assist in administrative support with the project team.
- Assist in technical guidance and support the site team.
- Discuss project information and progress with the clients.
- Maintain documentation and records of all the project activities.
- Monitor site activities regularly.
- Participate in weekly L10 Meetings with Management.
- Participate in client meetings to understand project requirements.
- Partner with colleagues from other departments to facilitate project administration.
- Update management to resolve any issues.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the landscape construction industry;
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a supervisory role within the landscape construction industry;
- Maintains an active and full knowledge of planting, grading, landscape construction, managing a workforce and equipment usage;
- Project Management certificate and other applicable certifications considered an asset;
- Possesses full Ontario Driver's License with a clean abstract;
- Demonstrates the ability to lead teams, problem solve and manage time effectively
