'''We are a small and reputable renovation and maintenance company looking to add driven, skilled individuals to our cleaning division As a house keeper your duties will include but not limited to cleaning bathrooms, kitchens, bedrooms, windows, doors and appliances. Our services vary from construction job site clean ups to reoccurring house maintenance cleans.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide the utmost care and respect to people and their homes
- Provide top notch service while executing all tasks
- Take extreme care of clients personal belongings
- Execute assigned tasks in a timely manner
- Provide housekeeping duties such as dusting, vacuuming, scouring bathrooms, window cleaning, light fixture cleaning, kitchen cleaning, fridge/oven/microwave cleaning, mopping floors.
- Keep a tidy and organized supply area
- Disinfect high traffic areas of households and businesses
- Garbage removal
- Fulfill all cleaning requirements of the assigned job
- End of day reporting on all jobs completed through company utilized software

Qualifications:

- Great Attention to Detail
- Not afraid to get your hands dirty (with gloves on of course)
- Flexibility to work multiple jobs in a day
- Clear criminal record
- Ability to crouch/kneel for long periods of time
- Knowledge of cleaning appliances
- Knowledge of cleaning agents provided
- Organization skills
- Task prioritization (which tasks take longer than others to complete first)
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
- Effective communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with other team members and clients

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $16.75-$28.65 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 40 per week
