On behalf of our client in here in Vancouver,
** Ignite Technical Resources **is looking for a
**Project Manager** for a
**12 month contract **opportunity.

**Role**:

- Will be in a small implementation team that works very closely with the Catering and Inventory Management teams.

**Responsibilities**:

- Inventory management solution integration with Oracle Symphony or another similar product.
- Evaluation of upgrade or replacement options will incorporate the ability to provide important missing features for warehouse management and retail operations that may lead to increased efficiency for those operations.
- Assess Current and Future State including a review of available solutions
- Gather, confirm and prioritize business and technical requirements
- Conduct RFP to formalize the approach, potential vendors and budget
- Analyze options and recommend vendor
- Implementation at the two warehouses, including the formal training for warehouse staff.
- Catering Inventory Management installations for site-specific inventory, ideally without dedicated software installations on servers or Chief Steward Workstations.
- Integration with the new / existing Point of Sale, Financial and Reporting systems and Inventory handheld units.

**Requirements**:

- Experience implementing and/or upgrading catering and inventory management systems in complex environments
- Knowledge of Eatec
- Knowledge of Oracle Simphony
- Demonstrated experience successfully managing and delivering large projects from initiation through to implementation.
- Demonstrated experience managing project teams, running workshops and presenting to Executives, Business Owners and Stakeholders.
- Solid understanding of Project Management methodologies.
- Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
- An achievement-oriented individual, who proposes creative and effective solutions for business opportunities and ensures the respective projects align with strategic business needs.
- Demonstrated ability to understand problems, find, alternatives and approaches to come up with solutions and takes the initiative to drive a problem to resolution.
- Demonstrated ability to drive toward results, and ensure high-quality standards and complete requirements are met
- Strong team player
- Highly Independent when required to be
- Able to cut complexity to identify what is actually needed and simplify things
- Able to think ‘outside the box’ to find solutions that are not initially very obvious
