**Position Overview**:
As Assistant General Manager, you’ll play a critical leadership role in overseeing the daily operations of Queen’s Harbour. Working closely with the General Manager, you will ensure smooth service, a strong team culture, and financial success. You will be responsible for managing staff, optimizing guest experiences, overseeing inventory and cost controls, and upholding compliance with operational standards.

**Responsibilities**:

- ** Team Leadership & Training**: Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing team while managing schedules and fostering a positive work culture.
- ** Guest Experience & Quality Control**:Ensure exceptional service, handle guest concerns, and maintain high food and beverage standards.
- ** Financial Oversight**: Analyze sales, control costs, and optimize efficiency to drive profitability.
- ** Compliance & Safety**:Uphold liquor laws, food safety, and workplace regulations while ensuring staff certifications.
- ** Events & Brand Growth**: Support special events, build vendor relationships, and stay ahead of industry trends.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Passionate about hospitality and committed to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- Strong leadership skills with experience mentoring and developing teams.
- 3-5 years of experience in a restaurant or hospitality leadership role
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask, remain calm under pressure, and adapt to a fast-paced environment
- Financial acumen with experience in sales analysis, cost control, and inventory management
- Knowledge of local health, safety, and liquor laws
