**Job Description**:
As the Employer Branding Specialist, you will contribute to Laura’s success by supporting the objective of being an employer of choice and attracting the right talent to fill vacancies in our winning teams. In this role, you will develop action plans and direct content creation to externally promote the company’s Employee Value Proposition and promote Laura as an employer of choice.

**How will you support the team?**
- Build and execute innovative talent attraction campaigns (editorial, social media calendar, a day in the life, etc.).
- Manage career website and update content to promote talent attraction goals.
- Develop the editorial calendar and manage the publication of talent attraction content across platforms (company career website, LinkedIn, Glassdoor, Indeed, etc.), engaging with the community as needed. Build and analyze reports to assess the effectiveness of employer branding campaigns.
- Internally promote Laura’s Employer Branding by creating opportunities for all employees to promote Laura’s Employee Value Proposition.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or any other related field
- 3 years of experience in development of content and marketing campaign
- Proficient with MS Office suite
- Knowledge and ability with social media
- Bilingual (French and English) written and speaking
- Ability to build strong working relationships with internal customers, colleagues and 3rd party suppliers
- Demonstrates excellent prioritizing and organizational skills
- Able to work with others and recognize the strengths everyone can bring
