**DUTIES**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design, develop, program, test and deploy the digitization of various quality assurance and data driven processes using MS Power Platform.
- Create dashboard visualizations and provide data analysis for various projects using Tableau.
- Develop and maintain databases and products.
- Design and develop surveys and reports summarizing and visualizing data.
- Collaborate with the quality assurance team to understand business requirements and ensure accuracy, effectiveness and longevity of data analysis, visualizations and storage.
- Ensure that institutional policies and procedures are met with respect to data use and storage.
- Produce spreadsheets, reports and Tableau visualizations to effectively address project needs.
- Provide technical and analytical support to curriculum mapping and program teams during key timelines.
- Prepare reports and presentations for the department and college.
- Write relevant educational, training, and technical documents
- Develop and maintain project work plans for each project identifying key dates, leads, timelines, and initiatives.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Minimum of an Honors Baccalaureate degree or postsecondary graduate certificate in Data Analytics or Information Technology (or related field) required.
- Certified on Microsoft Dynamics 365 and/or the Power Platform.
- Experience with Business Analysis and/or Project Management would be considered an asset.
- Minimum of 3 years recent experience in the information technology sector, particularly within a data analyst environment.
- Advanced skills with visualization software (Tableau), MS Power Platform, MS Teams, Adobe products and MS Office skills (Word, Excel) required.
- Exceptional skills in communication, critical thinking and research.
- Ability to work effectively with a team as well as work independently and proactively.
- Exceptional interpersonal and consultation skills with a high level of adaptability in dealing effectively and positively with diverse team members.
- Ability to produce high quality, detailed written documentation.
- Excellent organizational, analytical and time management skills including the ability to set priorities and meet deadlines.

**Required Skills**:
Hourly rate: $32.00
